I’ve been reading a lot about RSD. Lately awful 😞 well done for recognising it and helping yourself

It's not fun. Up until about 18 months ago, I never knew even what it was.

I can see RSD in myself … 🤔

Love your style of writing.

Thanks Nic. I didn't even know what RSD was this time last year, which is wild because it's been a demon on my shoulder my entire life.

An interesting read, I didn’t know RSD existed and am fascinated by how things affect people differently. I can relate to the self depreciation thing, and no arguments about Branston beans being superior.

Wow thank for sharing this read! I have friends with ADHD and I had no idea RSD was a component of that; I already try to be supportive when they are feeling vulnerable about taking a risk in life (a good risk that could lead to a positive outcome) and this really helps me understand their perspective more.

I had no idea until I got diagnosed, but once you know, you really know.

this is too real!

RSD has ruined every interaction I've ever had with another human because you're labelled as dramatic or over the top or too sensitive but this piece actually sums up the hellscape in a brain that tells you you suck at everything!! 💖 Ty for sharing

Not just saying it because of the last line 😜🤣 but this is your best yet. Makes ALL THE SENSE when you explain it. I hope this was cathartic to write. ♥️
