Thank you Esther, glad you enjoyed it. Thank you too for subscribing, I can't promise you this sort of righteous invective every week (these people exhaust me) but every now and again I have to let rip.
Brillaint breakdown of the whole "outsider" con. The bit about recruiting the same politicans who trashed things while claiming to fix them is spot on. I saw something similar when a local business tried rebranding after scandals but kept the same managment. Publci memory is weirdly short when someone with charisma controls the narrative through media backing.
Public memory is short, I think, because people just hope that next time it'll be different. And as you rightly say, it serves the career politicians and their media mates to peddle that myth.
Nice one Lewis. Good work on managing to get in a reference to The Thing when talking about these grifting gimps. A bit like across the pond, if we had anyone half decent to oppose them they would tear apart the absolute nonsense these arseholes spout, but unfortunately we don’t. Yet
With my positive outlook, I reckon both Farage and the Mango Mussolini will be gone and forgotten before too long and in a decade no one will admit to ever voting for such cretins
Oh, and after bimble, well done on using fud. Again, a much underused word that is perfect for occasions such as this 👍🏼😁
Thanks Tamara, I wasn't sure this would travel well outside of the UK, but you guys get it of course. Hopefully, one day, a bit of normality might come back.
Rather on the nose about Braverman.
People might start to think that you had access to some secrets...
Believe me, if I had secrets on these chancers they'd be all over the internet already.
Amazing post. Worthy of a newspaper column I’d say. Restacking

Ha ha, you did it brilliantly here!
This is my favourite thing you’ve posted. I always thought fud was a Scottish word!
Thank you Ruby, I'm taking that as high praise indeed.
I think fud probably is Scottish, but I'm a total magpie for words - if I like it I nick it.

Thanks Dan, and I really hope you're right in your positivity. This timeline is fucking exhausting.
Fud is a marvellous word. I'm never sure I can deliver it properly with my Estuary English, think it lands so much better with an accent.
From the other side of the duck pond...well done. Sorry you have your own version of our dystopian reality TV show.
